China Electronics Company Ceros Changed Brand Name to E-Ceros
Ceros, a personal electronics company, announced earlier this year the official change of its company name to “E-Ceros”.
HAPPY VALLEY, Hong Kong - Ceros, a personal electronics company, announced today the official change of its company name to “E-Ceros”, with effect from February 18, 2014. The company resolved to change its name during an Extraordinary General Meeting on January 15, 2014 and a certificate validating the change of name was issued by the Register of Companies in Hong Kong soon afterward.
Jacky Wu, PR Manager of E-Ceros said, “Due to our company’s progress, we need to have a brand name that can be used without restriction anywhere in the world. We would like to announce our rebranding as E-Ceros, a name meant to represent our specified dedication to the electronics field, in which we push the boundaries of imagination for what is possible with our world class quality, low cost devices.”
“E-Ceros have not only created a powerful series of tablet devices set to rival all others,” continued Wu, “we have made a commitment to keep our advertising to a bare minimum, letting our product speak for itself, and allowing us to keep the price low. Whereas most brand name electronics companies spend the bulk of their budget on marketing, we spend the bulk of ours on research, development, and quality management. In fact, despite not paying for a single advertisement, we have managed to sell 5,000 units since we released our first product, Ceros Revolution, in August.”
E-Ceros currently has 6 devices which are available for purchase:
- Vision Tablet 16GB
- Revolution Tablet 16GB
- Motion S Phablet 8GB
- Create Tablet 4GB.
- One Smartphone 16GB
- Smart Watch 4GB
The company plans to design and release more products in the future. According to Wu, E-Ceros’ motivation comes from “the lack of reasonably priced, high quality consumer electronics.” They take pride in their ability to achieve success without a large budget, through great design, personality, and prices. “We are happy with our success thus far,” she says, “and have set a target of selling 25,000 units by the close of 2014.”
