XXUGMJ9 is just leaked a few days ago for Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300. this is a beta or test version with new Android 4.3 changes like the new launcher UI found in the Galaxy Note 3 as well as Galaxy S4, but without Knox, according to samfirmware

Saumsung announced the Android 4.3 update is about to release in the coming weeks for Galaxy Note2, Galaxy S3 and S4. according to the announcement, the Premium Suite update will be rolled out today in US first by Verizon (read the official Samsung announcement for the update here)

this update adds KNOX, plus some enchancements for the camera, etc, while those highly expected new features from the Galaxy Note 3 are unlikely to be included completely but Group Play 2.5 is shipped in this update

a leaked version of Android 4.3 for Galaxy Note 2 was available for download couple of days ago. it is stable enough for daily use and you can even run some of the apps from the Galaxy Note 3

note that this is a pre-release or test version but it will not increase your flash count
