Siswoo R9 is the first dual-screen phone independently developed by the Chinese mobile phone manufacturers Siswoo. Siswoo R9 uses a piece of 5.5 inches main screen with a resolution of 1080P IPS. It can be competent with games, multimedia, and other various tasks. But the rear shell is the real highlight of this phone. The rear shell of Siswoo R9 is installed a 5.0-inch 540 × 960 pixel resolution electronic ink screen. This screen has a higher outdoor visibility, easy to read e-books or read notification. From the overall appearance, the shape of Siswoo R9 is somewhat similar to Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which was released not lone before. Both of them have a similar curve design. But for the users who like the sleek look, this is not a bad thing.

For Hardware, Siswoo R9 is equipped with a 1.7Ghz MTK6752 eight-core processor,3GB RAM, 32GB fuselage space (does not support external micro SD card slot) and a 3000 mAh battery. Its front camera is of 800 million pixels, rear camera of 13 million pixels, with LED flash. The phone supports 4G / LTE network, the near-field communication function (NFC) and Qi wireless charging capabilities. Siswoo R9’s body gets measurements of 152.0 * 77.7 * 8.9mm. To provide additional protection, its shells of the front and rear screens are covered by the third generation of Corning Gorilla Glass.
