a new ICS rom I717UCLC5 leaked in USA for SGH-I717, the US AT&T version of Galaxy Note. this is a RC (release candidate) but the premium suite is not included in this build.

some of the working features include:

face unlock
Google Talk
Google Voice
other basic functions like mms, gps, etc

XXLPB, the newest Android 4.0.3 rom with working faceunlock, was leaked last nite and available for download

some major changes include:
- fm radio back again
- wallpaper size now possible
- 2G/3G switchable
- faceunlock ok (not 100%)

the build date is 17th January 2012, about a week ago. bug in changing home screen wallpaper reported and still no switch between 2G/3G. rooted kernel is available already but faceunlock should be fine
