UMI Lollipop for (almost) all the new devices in the roadmap of the company
Through a post on the official page of Facebook, the Chinese manufacturer UMI released officially in a "homemade", the road-map update to Android Lollipop for its device currently on sale.
As written by the company on a sheet of paper photographed and posted on his page Facebook official, in the next few months almost the entire line-up of devices currently on the market will be updated to the latest distribution of Android available.
The leaked roadmap is as follows:
- UMI Zero will probably not receive Android Lollipop for problems attributed to Taiwanese chipmaker Mediatek.
- UMI Hammer has already been upgraded toAndroid 5.1 Lollipop through flash tool official RootJoy;
- UMI Emax will be updated to Android 5.1 Lollipop during the month of August;
- the UMI Iron is already being marketed with Android 5.1 Lollipop.
UMI will launch further in the coming months a new terminal, called UMI Hammer S, with the operating system Android 5.1 Lollipop preinstalled and support USB Type-C .
